At Her Body Clarity, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Because our products are digital guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we offer a 10-day refund window for customers who experience a technical issue accessing their digital product or who accidentally purchased the wrong item.
To request a refund, please contact us within 10 days of purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Refunds may be approved if:
- You were unable to access or download your product
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed it
- There was a technical issue on our end that prevented delivery
Refunds are not available for:
- Products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or used
- Change of mind after accessing the product
- Not reading the product description before purchasing
- Requests made more than 10 days after purchase
- Sharing, copying, or distributing the product
